Inline Substitution

In-line substitution is performed during message run, while the input file is being parsed.

It is therefore possible to change values in the middle of an input file.

It is NOT possible to substitute text with substitution variables.  (ex. '&x &x+1).  If you need this facility, it is suggested you utilize Microsoft's Scripting to perform dynamic variable substitution.

There are three basic ways of performing in-line substitution:

1. Specifying a VISTA variable

2. Specifying a GISubstitution variable

3. Executing a script
