If you want an ALC or LOC window to maximize as large as possible, first drag the ALC or LOC window so that it overlaps the main application window (the window that sits at the top of the screen). Then click the maximize button on the ALC or LOC window. If you do not first make the ALC or LOC window overlap the main application window, the ALC or LOC window will always maximize in the space below the main application window, forcing the ALC or LOC to be smaller than it could be. |
If TPF/GI is installed on your PC, Windows scripting should also be installed. Under Windows 98, if you installed TPF/GI without sufficient rights to modify the Windows registry or the Windows system directory, it is possible that TPF/GI installed correctly but the installation of Windows scripting silently failed. In this case, you can make sure have sufficient rights, then reinstall TPF/GI. Under Windows XP, Windows Scripting Host is part of the OS installation, but it may have been disabled on your PC by an administrator. In this case, talk to a network administrator to find out how to get Windows scripting re-enabled on your PC.
